Mandible angle reduction is an operation to reduce the width of the lower face and change a square face to an oval one. Nose Implant

The purpose of an implant is to raise and straighten the nose bridge line as indicated in the photograph immediately to the left. Silicone is a popular material for nasal implants and has been used successfully for many years. The implants are specially shaped to fit over the skeletal bridge and they resemble a saddle in shape and function. There may or may not be an additional piece for the columella, in which case the overall shape is an "L". The advantage of silicone is ease of insertion and ease of removal should problems arise. Areas affected can range from the thighs, abdomen and buttocks, to the legs, arms, face and elsewhere.
