Obtaining Your Visa to China
The procedures (specific rules as outlined by the Peoples Republic of China Visa Affairs Office) for getting your visa to China have changed during the past year. These new procedures require a bit more planning than the old procedures and a bit more documentation.
We (China Cosmetic Surgery) stand ready to assist all serious applicants who are planning upcoming visits to our hospital for surgery. We will provide a letter of invitation to each individual who is planning a trip to our hospital. Our invitation letter will contain your name, passport number; specific reason or purpose for your visit to our hospital, your length of stay and our agreement to provide you with accommodations during your visit. The invitation letter will be signed and affixed with the hospital’s official seal.
The above will put you in compliance with these new regulations facilitate the timely granting of your Chinese Visa.
For your information, the new procedures as of August 1st 2012 are as follows:
(A) Personal information of the applicant: name, gender, date of birth, etc.
(B) Information concerning the applicant's visit to China: purpose of the visit, date of arrival and leaving, places to visit, relationship between the applicant and the inviter, and who will bear the cost of the applicant's accommodations in China.
(C) Information of the inviter: name of the unit or individual, phone number, address, and if applicable, seal and signature of the legal representative.
• A photocopy of the roundtrip airline ticket.
• A photocopy of the hotel reservation.
